Notes from PSWS / TangerineSDR call of 03-09-2020

1. Tom will update the Interface Control Document (ICD ) for the receiver
to add the receiver board outline and connector placement. Also add the
placement and dimensions for the plug-on filter boards - existing and
constraints on future filter boards.

2. Scotty's plan for the first prototypes is Data Engine (DE) and Receiver
by Hamvention (Dayton) in May.

3. Decided that it probably best to use a firmware switch to enable/disable
programing of the FPGA image on the DE (no hardware switch or jumper). The
firmware switch would be set by the user on the Local Host computer. This
is especially useful for remotely updating a number of units. Estimated
size of an FPGA image is about 500k bytes.
