[aprssig] New IGate Operator

Hi Jim,

I highly recommend against this! I monitor stations that beacon multiple times per minute (which would saturate an RF frequency at 1200 bps when converted to 3rd party format) and they are almost entirely poorly configured "i-Devices and Android" apps (I have seen Android apps beaconing every second!). Also, many packets from Internet-connected stations may be other IGates or Internet clients -not- desiring to be fully gated to RF by your IGate. You will see that this was discouraged many years ago and most IGate software does -not- allow gating based on position and originating on APRS-IS because of these facts (it is up to the IGate sysop to regulate their radio, not the software authors who are trying to write universal code).

Have fun and remember, the more you saturate your RF frequency, the less usable it becomes for true communications by people on RF (read threads about congestion on RF and collisions).
