Concise is always better than vague.

147.000MHz -100 is better than putting out a 147.000MHz - and hoping the
other fella knows that there are special pairs that don't have a 600kHz
split.

If we always specify a shift, there's no doubt in anyone's mind what the
QSY information is.

I think its that vagueness that has resulted in the redundant frequency
entry for frequency objects. Let an object name be and object name and
convey all the QSY info in the comment. I honestly didn't realize that
specifying another frequency in the comment of a frequency object implied
that the comment frequency was the receive frequency.
