is the same as:

APRS Data Type= (** Beacon, not APRS)

Use i.e

www.scannernytt.info/APRS/aprs.html

to translate.
No error controll and only allows 15lines of rawpackets
And yes if someone translates something and you reload you get the wrong 
data.
