         You wouldn't want to anyway -- I turned on my HT once while 
on a C-141 at something over 30,000 feet altitude -- I truthfully 
don't remember how high we were, but we were flying from Georgia to 
California and were over the middle of the country.  At any rate, 
EVERY frequency was busy, and most had multiple stations on 
them.  The HT was unusable.
