Basically what I did with the README.win32 file: Installed over and
over until I streamlined it as much as I could and wrote it all down
step-by-step.
I like Wiki's. I've long thought that a Wiki would be a good way to
keep such info current and available. We just need someone to
organize getting that started and partitioning it properly for the
different OS'es, then the users can go to town on it.
