[TangerineSDR] [EXTERNAL] RX888D - how to start ?

Thanks, Dave, Bob, Franco.

Using the syntax Dave specified above, radiod starts, brings up the RX888,
downloads it, and says that it has started streaming. VID=0x04B4 VID=0x00F3.
Now it's time to start learning monitor, et al....

PS: I tried SImon Brown's SDRConsole V3.2 on WIndows 10 on this same
computer but it is not able to discover the RX888 MkII plugged
into the same USB3 connector.. The SDR Console build number is sufficiently
current that the instructions say it should work.
Windows does not see my RX888 MKII enumerate at all.
