1. The weekly TAPR PSWS Monday night Teamspeak session moves to 0100 GMT
(Tuesday Zulu time, Monday night in the USA) starting next week. This is
the same local time for those in the USA that move to Daylight Saving Time
next week.

Daylight Saving Time call start time beginning March 9, 2020
