Thanks, should have caught that .. too late at night !

So from 27 to 40 C, your results for the Z axis are in the same ballpark 
as the JJ runs, approximately -10nT per degree C.  One of my RM3100s 
shows the same relative magnitude but opposite sign on the Z axis. And 
I'm also seeing a sign change depending upon the axis.
