Notes from PSWS / TangerineSDR call of 11-18-2019

1. Dave has ordered 3 sets (6 boards) of the magnetometer adaptor boards
for initial testing.  Once the design and board are verified then we will
want to order more for initial characterization.

2. Scotty asked Dave for a parts cost estimate for the magnetometer, local,
and remote extenders so he can ask TAPR to fund a prototype run of about 30
units.
