Notes from PSWS / TangerineSDR call of 12-23-2019

1. Bill will put a security stub into the SBC software that can be filled
in later in the project. He has OpenHPSDR Protocol 1 and 2 talking to his
data engine simulator (and OpenHPSDR Version 1 talking to Red Pitaya). Bill
will put software on Gitlab when further along.

Bill is planning: Version 0 will be OpenHPSDR, Version 1 will be the native
TangerineSDR protocol without security, Version 2 adds security protocol to
Version 1. Using the UV Live Linux library package provides C library
interface to async interface.

2. Dave has built some magnetometer prototypes with working magnetic and
temperature sensors, and readings that make sense. He has not yet tested
the 100-foot link extender.
