[nos-bbs] log triggers & shell scripts

Hi Maiko,
Yes, I saw the addendum write-up. It was very helpful for the 
format.But did not see anything about defining in config.h.
What is needs defined? I don't see anything that mentions triggers in 
my config.h or the config.h.default file.
