[nos-bbs] log triggers & shell scripts

there is a small writeup in the jnos 2.0 addendum on my documents page at www.langelaar.net/jnos2, just put your scripts under the /jnos or whatever your /jnos root dir is ... i assume you have triggers defined in your config.h ?
