17m might have openings with Winnipeg approaching 1600 UTC and for an hour
or so after, based on what I see on the HAP charts, probably marginal, 
but if any
one reads this and has RPR capability, give it a shot.

I have a BBS at VE4KLM, keyboard at VE4KLM-2

as well as APRS capability - with DIGI enabled, and gate to the APRS 
internet system.
