[nos-bbs] Kiss over tcp/ip interface

Just playing......Jnos with kiss over tcp/ip to QtSoundModem.
QtSoundModem have two ports/modems both 300Baud, left audio with center
of 1100Hz and right a center frequency of 2200Hz
This is just for fun..... please don't get mad :)
