[nos-bbs] making JNOS mime aware ...

Sent my JNOS an email from PINE with a basic image attachment :

   Subject: attachment should now be referenced

    This message is in MIME format.  The first part should be readable 
text,
    while the remaining parts are likely unreadable without MIME-aware 
tools.

The image was encoded in BASE64, JNOS saves the file to my /jnos for 
now,
opens perfectly fine in xv or any image browser, yeah, is really cool !

Lots more to do, and I have to support more complicated stuff, but it's
getting there for sure ...
