[nos-bbs] EHLO missing, openVPN on Android, email with JNOS

I thought I had put this in a long time ago, apparently not. So I just did.

Did 'we' not talk about adding EHLO (basically same as HELO) to JNOS 
SMTP years ago ?

Finally got my Android 5, with openVPN client installed on it, connected 
to my JNOS 'server',
and can now use the standard pop3 and smtp on the basic email client, 
from any where in the
world type of thing, that's kinda cool :)
