[nos-bbs] 2.0k.3B patch - UBUNTO 19.04 / possibly other distros

Hi,

Thanks for the prompt responses and fixes.  I did get it to compile without
any show stoppers.  The only thing that I've run into is that when I run
the jnosinstaller, after the make, it's looking for the files.tar and the
autoexec.template in the same directory and not the installerv2.1
directory.  I just copied the files into the make directory and it worked
just fine.
