[nos-bbs] 2.0k.3B patch - UBUNTO 19.04 / possibly other distros

Okay,

I think this should do it for the Ubuntu 19.04 and other recent distros.

You only loose WL2K Secure Login, that's all, B2F stays.

Read this URL on how to get it done :

Ignore the warnings, you get jnos and jnosinstaller binaries, that's all.

This is a quick fix for those that want to move on :)
