[nos-bbs] MPS and Ping - good ideas from WL2K

It's even more limited, the forwarding can only be done using pactor 2 3 
or 4.
Most RMS that do have HF only got Winmor but no PACTOR
It also only works with RMS Trimode leaving BPQ32 base RMS out as wel.
