[nos-bbs] INP3 settings jnos

Did forget to set the interface as netrom (Oops!)
So now it is working.

The connects you had with BPQ happens also with the ax25 node
and I think also happens with stuff at other ports. 

I change your kludge so that only the port to Xnet receives INP
