[nos-bbs] NNTP and JNOS

It depends what the NNTP server for messages has stored.
Ham NNTP servers have most of the time BBS bulletins stored and
Non-ham NNTP servers used it to distribute usenet.
NNTP is just a more efficient protocol to share a large quantity of bulk 
messages
over Internet compared to Ham BBS protocols.
