It depends what the NNTP server for messages has stored.<br>
Ham NNTP servers have most of the time BBS bulletins stored and<br>
Non-ham NNTP servers used it to distribute usenet.<br>
NNTP is just a more efficient protocol to share a large quantity of
bulk messages<br>
over Internet compared to Ham BBS protocols.<br>

NNTP has nothing to do with FBB bulletins. Is this correct? I had
always assumed that the NNTP server allowed you to read bulls with an
NNTP client, as that would be an easier way to respond to a bulletin.
