[nos-bbs] AGW PE - JNOS 2.0 client (prototype)

Greetings,

I am very pleased to present a prototype AGW Packet Engine interface
for JNOS 2.0 (linux only). I have tested it with good old fashioned
desktop speaker and microphone technology, and with a packet wave
file I found on the web (courtesy of KI4MCW).

This is a work in progress, single port only, I will be adding dual
port support for it as I finish it up. Basic documentation is under
the documents section - online practical guide - software modems.
