[nos-bbs] Quick trick/tip for linux UI unproto operation

I think I may have even seen this idea on one of the tapr lists, but
just put together a blog post and a quick script today explaining a
simple and somewhat nice way to operate in UI/unproto mode using linux
and soundmodem with the standard ax25-utils axlisten and beacon.

Of course axui works nicely in JNOS2, but figured some of you may find
