[nos-bbs] telnet interrupt key

I'm running the very last rsync'ed sources (perhaps at least the 'h' and 
'i' releases works too)
and it needs only:

type F10
type reset (without any number)
type F1
and find the telnet session into the 'Reset/Refused errno 104' status 
and then:
Hit enter to continue

Into PBBS mode, instead, it needs only:
CTRL-T
enter

... that is all :)
