I figured as such. Thanks.

Xnet (linux) will actually see AXIP traffic addressed to the machine
it and JNOS are running on (from JNOS), be nice if it could go back
the same way without the need to link the Xnet and Linux stacks.

Xnet binds to the local machine for AXIP and AXUDP.
