Funny you ask, I just noticed the same thing myself a
few hours ago. Yes, this is normal - shared code used
by both AXIP and AXUDP.

You mean the same UDP port ? Of course. Each AXUDP link is
independent of the others, each can have their own src and
dest port configurations.
