I hadn't thought of dynamic forwarding on a channel but it does 
certainly present an interesting concept.  Shouldn't be hard to listen 
for beacons of a predefined format and automatically configure 
forward.bbs and the at commands or other schedules to poll them.

Very neat idea...   It's things like this you can with with an open 
system like *NOS but can't do with some of those other "closed" systems. 
  This a big part of what Amateur Radio is about...
