There is another reason you need to hit enter before you get the promt
when connecting to mycall, At the first connection Jnos has no idea what
protocoll (and subsystem) is to be used untill at least one pid is
recieved, it could be plain text, tcpip or netrom. If Jnos would always
give the bbs promt the connecting system might conclude that tcpip is
not afailable and break the attempt off.
