[hfsig] Dead QRPi

I have been running this device for about 3 weeks and suddenly it is no
longer working.
I have updated my Pi and checked to ensure time is in sync.

It will go into transmit fine and I can hear a tone when listening on my
main radio.
I am unable to tell if the signal is actually modulating as I have no
test equipment.

In looking at the QRPi there are two small bubble on top of one of the IC's

Do you have any advice?
