Hello, Keith.

Welcome back to APRS.

You have a perfectly good radio.  No need to buy another one.

The back of your radio has a connector with receive audio, transmit audio,
and PTT.   It's not the usual 6 pin connector but the radio manual shows a
CT-164 cable which converts to the more standard 6 pin connector.  This
would plug directly into an interface such as DINAH
(https://kits4hams.com/dinah-usb-c)  which connects to your computer with a
USB cable.

On your computer, use a software TNC (such as direwolf) and the APRS display
application of your choice.
