[aprssig] Best Dual Band Mobile radio for APRS

I have a FTM-300 and using the data port to a DR-30 (Masters
Communications) soundcard to the PC works just fine for APRS and
Winlink. For just monitoring the RL-20 would be an economical soundcard.
Just lacks all the bells and whistles of the DR series.
