[aprssig] GPS & Display Ideas

I have a Mobilink bluetooth TNC connected to a baofeng HT and it works
perfectly with APRSdroid.  Wifi/cell would only be used to pull/cache
maps.  You could also use a usb to serial adapter to connect most
TNCs/radios.
