It should also be noted that APRSdroid has a version that uses offline
maps.  No internet access needed -- even for mapping.

If you use this with one of our TNCs, you can get on APRS-RF with any spare
radio you have.  You just need an Android device with Bluetooth and GPS.  I
don't believe Hessu has offline map support in aprs.fi for iOS yet.

This reminds me... the US map I have installed is 5+ years old at this
point.  I really need to update it.
