Thinking more about this...  (perhaps I shouldn't?) 

What do we do with the overlap?  750 = 901, and everything from 751 to
900 are subsumed in 901 too.  I guess if you want the detail, use the
actual number, and above 900 mph, we just don't have the precision (or
probably the data).

9xx sounds good to me.
