[aprssig] Ham Radio MOBILE Traveler PL-FIND device?

I have a Kenwood D710 with Bluetooth adapters on the serial ports. I was
working with the developer of the repeaterbook app at one point to tune the
radio from the app. He got it working rather well with only a few
drawbacks. Not sure if he ever released that functionality but it's been
working great for me.
