[aprssig] Have Camera/phone - but dead battery

With the (not quite) rare exception of an Apple iPhone, every other
phone currently available uses a standard Micro-B USB connector.  Cables
are a dime a dozen and so are any variety of USB power sources.

The iPhone uses the proprietary Lightning port but there's also plenty
of cables on the market for that.

Older phones had reasonably standardized on Mini-B USB around 2002-2005.

Many new phones no longer have removable batteries so you can't just
pull it out and charge the battery.

A camera is a bit different, this would still work.  Not many cameras
support charging via its USB interface (some small consumer cameras do,
larger ones don't) so you still need to pull the battery to charge it.
