or just a charge cable for your phone?  say, keep a cig lighter
adapter in every vehicle?  or if you're an urbanite with no vehicle
one of the many cheap USB power packs in your commuter bag?

Having said that, i'm pretty sure I have both a set of clip leads and
a set of alligator leads for the meter I keep in my truck all the
time...
