[aprssig] Bluetooth RS232 adapters to run a TNC?

Serial over Bluetooth is a fairly mature protocol now (using Serial Port
Profiles - SPP - in Bluetooth).  This goes as far back as the late
1990's for PDAs (the Compaq, later HP, series of iPaqs supported SPP).

As long as you stick with a relatively reputable provider of Bluetooth
dongles (who will source quality Bluetooth chips that won't have too
many RF issues) you should have no problems with anything that supports
Bluetooth SPP.

Obviously some restrictions apply.  You can have only one device access
them and some of them will remember only one pairing.  Occasionally
you'll find some modules where the pairing mechanism is a bit cumbersome
requiring the pairing PIN to be sent via the serial port first and then
typed into the receiving computer on the other end.
