[aprssig] D710 Weather Stations?

I've never reallly used a D710 or D710G as a stand-along weather station
with a Davis or Pet bros weather station...

Hows that working out?  I nver hear any complaints... but then I'd never
even think about wasting such a ideal mobile radio  sitting doing nothing
but weather...

And I assume it still can do all the DIGI functions one might want in such
a remote location...

Just thought I'd ask.
