[aprssig] OT:: Jeep and Radio

I used something similar for years on my Wrangler, but one that got the 
base of the antenna up higher - closer to the top of the spare tire:

He's flexible on what kind of mount you want.  Mine had two drilled 
holes several inches apart, one for a 3/8 stud and another for NMO.
