[aprssig] Special Events UI-Webserver for Dayton Now Up

The WA8LMF Special-Events UI-View webserver is now up and ready for the annual 
"APRS Total Overload Onslaught (r)" at the Dayton Hamvention.

Go to:

    <http://wa8lmf.net/map>

and click on the "Special Events Webserver" link.

Currently the map displayed is a regional view of the greater Dayton area. On 
Thursday evening, this will switch to a high-res "satellite" photo view of the 
immediate area around the Hara Arena (venue of the Hamvention).

This view will remain until Sunday mid-day when the server will revert to the 
regional view, as people depart.
