[aprssig] major typo in latest YAAC telemetryalarmplugin distro

Greetings, all.

I made a major typo in creating the 
telemetryalarmplugin.zip file. If you unpack that zip file in your 
YAAC/plugins directory, it will break YAAC entirely. Please delete the 
entire contents of your plugin directory (recursively; there will be 
many subdirectories of trash in there), download the new build of 
telemetryalarmplugin.zip, and reunpack it (also re-installing the 
soundsplugin.jar if you are using that).
