[aprssig] UZ7HO Soundmodem Update - Ver .71 Released

Version 0.71 of the UZ7HO Soundmodem software packet TNC was released today (15 
Jan 2015).   As usual, I have repacked the original .ZIP file into a full-blown 
Windows "wizard"-type installer that creates an install folder, creates start 
menu entries and a desktop shortcut.

Note that as of ver 0.69, the soundmodem now includes TWO TCP/IP ports.  One is 
the traditional AGWpe IP interface on port #8000.  The second is a KISS-over-IP 
interface on port 8100. Both port assignments are now easily changeable from 
within the program. (Previously, one had to hand-edit the "soundmodem.ini" file 
with a text editor.) Go to "Settings, Devices" within the program to change 
port numbers.

For use with APRS Messenger (for dual simultaneous PSK63 APRS and classic AX.25 
APRS operation on 30 meters), set the KISS-over-IP port to 4000.  Then click 
the   "Connect to AX25-SCS"   button at the top of the APRS Messenger screen.
