dispite Rob's asumption otherwise, modern CB radio's still use simple
xtal or osc bricks as the reference oscilator. and a lot can simply be
modified to 400 channels giving them near full coverage of 10 meter just
by changing a few wire jumpers.

It realy is not that hard.
