[aprssig] APRS IGates needed for the ISS

There seems to be a lack of IGates listening to the ISS  and PCSAT
downlink along the East Coast..  People are noticing that packets
digipeateed along the east coast are not making it to the APRS-IS.

 When the ISS is over the central US, the path is there, to an IGate:
N0AN and       KF5ELB

Can we get someone to dedicate a radio (0mni antenna is fine) in New
England, central Atlantic, and Florida to this very important APRS task?
