[aprssig] EVENT tracking (by checkpoints))

WHen you call up the MYCALL the cursor begins at the end.  So, changing
BIKE25 to BIKE13  is two backspaces, and 2 dial clicks.  Trivial to do and
far shorter than reporting that bike by voice.
