[aprssig] EVENT tracking (by checkpoints))

Seeing how ugly this is, I'm going to add a special one-shot "object maker" to my YAAC program to support this operation. Pre-fill in most of the form, then just enter a bike number and press SEND when the bike comes by. Form stays up and clears the number entry field for the next bike. Coming in the next build....
