TU om.  I just used the amazon link and my dual cable is on the way for 
$30.99 with free shipping.  I only use Linux here, so I figure this 
really will be plug and play and play and play.

BTW, have you ever heard of a universal terminal unit?  One showed up on 
my door step via a local ham using sneaker net.  Built by Kantronics 
circa early 1980's.  Also, an original KAM unit and some other stuff.  I 
hope at least one will work as a stand-alone TNC and not draw too much 
current since my shack is completely solar powered...  Now I suppose I 
should get busy and build the latest version of Jnos.. . .   Should be fun.

Again, TU for the review and the links.  The timing just could not have 
been better.
